There really aren't that many; there is no general rule that prevents undead from being healed, only specific rules that exclude them. How can undead heal?
They heal fully on a long rest just like any other creature, as per the DnD 5e rules. While there may be more ways, the only way that I know of is a spell called Life Transference.
