hey, they just mean New Game+, or New Game +7. you always get the option after beating the game to continue into a new game cycle with all your stuff. EDIT: also just in case you don't know the enemies do get harder, I.E more health and damage. NG7 I think is the hardest they get before diminishing return kinda stuff.
