How do I get my Origin games on EA?
Download games to your Library
- Launch the EA app.
- Log in to your EA Account.
- Go to My Library.
- Find the game that you want to download and click the arrow in the bottom right corner.
- Confirm your Install location and Language preferences, then click Next.
- Read and accept the terms of play.
- Click Download.

Can I launch The Sims 4 without EA app?
If you look at the game page, it states quite clearly that the EA App is ABSOLUTELY required to play the Sims 4.Why are my Sims 4 packs missing from EA app?
Please check your game library for the missing packs. If they show up as unowned, i.e. you're being asked to buy them again, check the inbox of the email address you're using to sign in to see whether it contains any receipts for EA purchases. If you don't find any, check your other email accounts as well.
