I would have thought that were obvious, but there you go. With Ebony Ingots yes. Actually it can't be improved. Every 2 friendlies (Spouses, Followers, Guildmates) that you kill with the Ebony Blade, upgrades the Absorb Health effect up to 30 points of health per hit.
