The real reason for his immunity could be one of his passive abilities, Vitality. At Tier II Vitality passively regenerates Corvo's health, in other words giving him a Healing Factor, so it stands to reason that he canonically has this ability and it's preventing him from catching the plague.Should I play Dishonored twice?
