- Save Siggy from the well.
- send Greirat to Irithyll.
- Proceed through Irithyll up to the distant manor (BUT DON'T GO INTO THE DUNGEON)
- Talk to Siggy at the fireplace.
- Kill Pontiff.
- Greirat will be safe.
