In Path of Exile 2, microtransactions (MTX) and stash tabs from PoE 1 transfer over if they make sense in the new game, meaning cosmetics tied to skills or content unique to PoE 1 won't transfer, but most armor skins, wings, footprints, and tabs do, with functionality in PoE 2 where applicable.
