Depends in what you game (resolution) and what games. Thinking 1 game is representative for all and all resolutions is ... Same for pubg btw : 1080 has 60-70fps in 4k, 3080 easily gets 150-200 fps. i sincerely doubt 4000 series GPUs will be any different from 3000 series upon launch in terms of supply.
