Daedric & Stalhrim are equally good qualities in my opinion. The advantage that Stalhrim equipment has is the 25% bonus to Frost enchantments placed on them; so even if you aren't playing a Nord, you won't be dying from Frost Damage anytime soon if you do this. Either way, Heavy Armor is ultimately better for Stalhrim.
