Imperials are the Government. They try and rule over the land, making it peaceful. They want to outlaw Talos worship so they won't be invaded by a giant Thalmor army again, and possibly lose Cyrrodil. Stormcloaks are the 'outlaws'.Who are the good guys Imperials or Stormcloaks?
