As far as I know FH3 is not supported anymore, you cannot download any dlc content because it's delisted for a couple years now. Get 5 then, if you really are only going to get one. While there are still bugs in the game (depending on your luck, not many), FH5 has a lot of little improvements over 4. Also 4 is effectively nearing EOL, and I don't think it's getting much more in the form of updates.
