DARK SOULS™ IIIDo I get to fight Midir after Gael or what???? As long as you don't start a NG, yes, you can. Midir is optional, you can kill him anytime. EDIT: There is a questline to kill Midir involving Shira, the NPC, but if you don't do it you can still get the reward later.
